Social Entrepreneur

Karin Stiksma is the founder and driving force behind Joint Projects. Her intrinsic motivation is building, solving puzzles and providing support. Values ​​such as integrity, inclusion and cooperation are fundamental to her. Karin distinguishes herself with her combination of managerial experience, passion for inclusion and her background in leisure.

The Joint Projects team

Chrit Gudde is the senior project manager who utilizes his technical background to determine how recreational facilities can be innovated, improved and developed to make them accessible.

Thomas van der Heijden is a senior advisor at Joint Projects. He is very socially aware and has extensive experience at a national government level and in managerial positions within social organizations. He was co-founder and primary director of the Academy of Independence.

Ric Hop is Art Director. His creativity helps him translate ideas into images and thoughts into text with a unique twist. Ric has had his own communication agency for the past 30 years.

Emi Driessen is the youngest member of our team. She is a Jack of all trades who has a huge social heart. Her background lies in communication. In her role as a digital nomad, she is able to support us from wherever she is in the world. 

Ann Linforth is an English artist with a feel for languages. With her creativity and English roots, she contributes to the concepts and English translation of various Joint Projects communications.

Daniel Oosterom is an avid photographer and cameraman. He often goes along to document Rebel outings, accompanied by his wife Patricia who is a member of the Joint Projects Rebel team.

Piet Terpstra has taken up his hobby of filming even more actively since his retirement. Because of his social involvement, he has filmed the Rebel Team outings since the very beginning.

The Rebel Team

Joint Projects has a Rebel Team that, together with Karin, visits various attractions and accommodations. They are a colourful group of about 10 – 15 people who all have a different kind of disability. What they all have in common is that they are just normal people who like to get out and about! Based on that passion, Karin enjoys going out with them.
